Sweet boy Gus is 6 years old and was found as a stray. He is a liver and white pointer ready for his forever home. When he first arrived at the shelter, he was a little timid and scared which isn’t unusual. It is noisy, full of dogs barking at him wondering who this newcomer is. After just 2 weeks Gus became a confident and smiling boy. Not only that but he is good natured and polite. This boy is easygoing and a bit goofy. He doesn’t ask for much other than plenty of walks, treats, and cuddles. He enjoys a good snooze but would equally enjoy long walks or hikes. An relatively active home is important for Gus. Gus does well with both female and male dogs and really enjoys playing with them, so a resident dog friend would be great! He is a medium sized dog. He was 15kg when he first arrived, but he’s now getting regular meals and has put on a couple of kilos.
