This absolutely stunning girl has been politely waiting her turn to be adopted since December 2023! Overlooked because of her size, meaning that she has spent her whole adulthood so far cooped up behind bars, waiting to be seen.

Granada relishes at the opportunity to go for walks with the shelter volunteers at the weekend. Sadly, that’s as exciting as it gets for Granada. Apart from the odd vet visits for check ups, which she finds equally as exciting. It will be so wonderful to see her in a home after so long. One of the shelters longest residents. As an adopter, opening up your home to a dog like Granada will be more than rewarding. She will know you have saved her from a life of misery. She will appreciate every given moment with you. She will be beyond grateful. She will recognise that she has been given a chance at a new life. In return, she will shower you with unconditional love and affection. Every day will be an adventure with Granada and she will show you how to appreciate the simple things in life. Every day will be a reminder of the power of second chances.

Granada will enjoy her walks. She will equally enjoy cuddles and knows when it’s time to relax.

She is friendly with all people - men, women, children. She is also good with other dogs and can be homed alone or with a resident dog of a similar size. This is a testament to Granada.

Granada really is an absolute gem of a dog. She has shown her resilience thus far. A story of hope and patience, but there’s only so much any dog can take, and we really don’t want Granada to lose hope.
