Charlie is a beautiful 2.5 yr old Pointer who flew from Cyprus to find his forever home . He has unfortunately got to find a new home due to a change of circumstances in the family This is what his mum says about him He is generally a calm and patient boy who is very loving. He loves to play with his toys alone and with others, cuddles up on the sofa and asks for tummy rubs and kisses. He has a quiet disposition apart from when he sees other dogs/cats/cows/horse and becomes excited and vocal and wants to play. Has learned how to sit, wait, and slow down on command when walking. Currently he is walked on a short slip lead with a second lead attached to harness. He is learning to heel and recall is pretty good on a training lead to three whistles, one whistle to stop. He is very strong and needs to be stopped when he notices squirrels/little voles etc. and deer Charlie will wait to eat his food and does not steal. He loves other dogs and usually wants to run and play with them. He is very loving with family and calm and friendly with strangers. He is toilet trained and crate trained .He likes to be with his family and hasn't been left yet but sure he would stay in his crate with a little bit of music on and feel calm. Charlie would like a family home with lots of love. Ideally he needs lots of space to run and he needs a minimum of two hours exercise and stimulation a day. Someone physically fit to handle him and be clear and consistent with training. He would be fantastic at agility. He's a wonderful dog perfect for families who like adventures and outdoor life. If our family hadn't have had big changes in health due to unforeseen circumstances we would not be rehoming him. We hope he will be loved just as much as we do.
