Lina's case is one of the saddest we've ever experienced.
Surrendered from an abusive and neglectful environment, the scars of her previous life etched on her face and body, Lina has known only suffering
Evidence of multiple litters , Lina has led a life of sadness ,loss and pain her entire life 💔

And yet she continues to be nothing but the purest bundle of unadulterated love

How she can still want the be with humans after all they did to her is beyond our understanding but that's dogs for you ,they forgive 😔

Lina simply adores human contact .This is what's making being in a shelter all the more difficult for her. shes in a cage pushed up against the fencing in a desperate attempt to gain some human touch as people pass her

She's thrives on affection .Her main goal in life is to be kissed and cuddled endlessly!

On a recent trip to Cyprus ,I had the opportunity to meet this beautiful girl who both melted and broke my heart in equal measures .Her capacity to love knows no limits ,made all the more painful to witness knowing humans have only ever abused , neglected and let her down

But Lina is looking forwards! And so should we ! Her future can be altered ! For the better ! With wonderful people in her life who will treasure her , love her to her last breath , if there was a dog who deserved that in this world , its Lina

We want all the things for her she's missed out on in life so far .Cozy warms beds , cuddles on the sofa delicious tasty meals .Freedom to enjoy her world on walks, exploring the beauty there is
She's only known pain , loss , hunger fear and yet still she loves .we have to change this for her

Lina would be happy as an only dog so she could be the centre of the universe ! She would be happy to share with another calm dog too

Lina's requirements wouldnt be massive , so far she's had nothing. Even at the shelter she so grateful for the regular meals and the small amount of attention the staff are able to give her .She'd be happy in most homes that were prepared to love on her with everything they had !
Affection is her number one priority though .Her adopter has got to have plenty of love to give
We'd advise a household with older children over 12 yrs could be suitable
She hasn't been cat tested
She will need some training but shes lived in a home of sorts and so will remember houstraining etc

I made a comittment to Lina on this last trip. I whispered in her ear "darling , we will find you the best home ever ! " no more sadness for Lina only happiness from here on .That's a promise I made to her when I left that shelter and I intend to keep 🙏
