STORM ❤️ - approx 2.5 yrs old larger Labrador mix In a shelter in Cyprus , 18 months of his beautiful life wasted in a kennel Found as a stray , dumped on the streets , an all to often story for Cyprus Storm can be described as most typical labradors ! Although we refer to him as a mix , he's overwhelmingly Lab in his looks and character ! That being lively ! Exuberant and loving the best words to describe Storm also being hugely handsome too .He holds himself like a proud statuesque labrador , proud of his lineage ! Storm in true Lab style is also a strong boy ! Weighing approx 35 kg , he'll need an adopter who'll be able to manage his initial excitement on leash .Actually he's remarkably good on walks once his energy levels have reduced from being in the kennel all day Storm will need a fair amount of exercise , his working breed mix lends itself to him needing challenging and interesting walks .His still a young boy with medium to high energy levels so an active outdoor lifestyle will be just up his street ! He's a very bright boy who enjoys interactive challenging games and training, he adores a game of fetch ball though , he's great fun to be around He hasn't had the opportunities in his short life for much training , sadly the shelter team can't donate much time to the dogs over and above some basic however he's such a clever lad ,who loves to take on a new challenge, he' ll be best suited to a household who recognise he will need physical and mental stimulation in equal measures Storm has proved himself to be a balanced and sociable boy with other dogs , spending time at the shelter in communal pens and pairing up with another dog in kennels We think he'd be best suited to a home with a female dog though or even as an only dog , he has been selectively reactive to certain male dogs before on the past Storm gravitates mostly to people though . He adores some one to one affection , cuddles are his favourite something the shelter dogs don't see enough of He's travelled in the car with excitement! Until he discovers he's at the vets ! Yet he's a good boy once there, always calm and compliant Storm hasn't experienced any cats however we feel his bouncy excitable nature would mean he'd unnerve most cats He loves the company of visiting children to the shelter , again though because of his character and size , he'd be better placed to families with older children 10 Yr plus We don't want to see Storm waste anymore time trapped in a shelter kennel pacing the same space any longer .It would be wonderful to see him in a loving home , enjoying tasty meals , long walks and comfy beds with people who'll love him to the moon and back ❤️
