All about this dog…

Keith

Kangals keep finding themselves in shelters, abandoned due to their size. And we made a promise to them to find them all loving homes. Here are just two of the kangals that have ended up in the same shelter.

First we have Keith. Totally and utterly adored at the shelter. He’s 2 years old and a kangal cross. How anyone could have abandoned this boy is beyond us. He adores people just as much as they adore him. He will be fiercely loyal to any new family that are lucky enough to adopt him. He has a calming presence when you’re around him and is simply a joy. Keith walks well on the leash and we suspect he may have lived in a home before. Although good with other dogs, he may be suited as an only dog to lap up all the attention for himself. He deserves it after all.

Keith would suit most home environments but any children would need to be over 12 as he’s a big boy (approx 35kg). All Keith asks for his love, cuddles, some nice interesting walks, and some mental stimulation.
