NERO ❤️ , 2 Yr old mixed breed

In foster UK , Durham area

Nero found himself in a municipality shelter as just a puppy .This poor boy has spent his entire puppyhood behind bars .Being a black dog too has meant the odds have been stacked against him when it comes to finding a forever home

After serving 18 months incarcerated in a Cyprus shelter , it was decided to bring this incredibly resilient boy into the uk to foster to give him a much needed and deserved chance of happiness

Nero it transpires is a complete goofy ball ! Now he's able to be his true self in a home , we discover he's incredibly playful, absolutely adores balls ! And even enjoys the company of a parakeet called peanut !

Nero currently lives in a multidog household .He gets on with literally every dog he meets
So kind and gentle with the smallest to the largest of dogs he interacts with .
The girls just love him ! Nero would thrive with a dog or 3 in the home . He integrated with his current pack with such ease .Hes not a challenge to any dog ,happy to find his place, always kind to those dogs around him

Nero is quite a large dog ! Legs like Bambi ! Skids across falls often !
A little clumsy but hugely endearing with it
Terribly statuesque, sleek and shiny , we think he's terribly handsome!

Hes of a low to medium energy, enjoys pottering and lying about in equal measures ! He's well behaved when on walks
Nero is fully housetrained, having learnt the house rules very quickly upon entering his foster home .Hes gentle around children who he's met a few of

Most of all Nero is a complete darling with all humans .Loving , affectionate , happy to offer his belly for rubs anytime !
This boy couldn't be more balanced and happy .Which is testament to his strength of character , to have endured 18 months of a Cyprus shelter and still be such a dream of a dog

Nero is now ready to find his forever home .He deserves the very best!
A home with other dogs is preferred. People who will appreciate his goofy ways ! Give him their timd to play. Take him for interesting sniffy walks
A home with older children is preferable only because of his size
Nero is very gentle with a parakeet called Peanut .We think he would be gentle with other small furries but this hasnt been tested
