All about this dog…

Nero

NERO , 2 Yr old Belgian Shepherd  mix 

In Cyprus 
Medium energy 
No cats 
Children over 10 yrs old 

Nero found himself in a municipality shelter as just a puppy .The poor boy has spent his entire puppyhood behind bars .Being a black dog too has meant the odds have been stacked  against him when it comes to finding a forever home 

Hugely handsome and statuesque  in his appearance , Nero is a wonderfully happy all round boy 

Nero has a wonderfully playful and friendly character! He particularly enjoys the company of humans, he wants to play whenever he can , he's great company for the other dogs in the kennels he would equally make a good companion to another playful dog in an adopted home 
He's such an east going well balanced  dog , it's a shame he's always overlooked , we think because of his colour 

Being a typical young dog , he will require training with basic commands , leash training etc however we think Nero would be a hugely rewarding dog to work with 
Always eager to please his human bless him 

His mix lends itself to being particularly bright in nature 
He will need plenty of mental and physical stimulation  so a home that appreciates he's a boy who will be a working progress but an incredibly enjoyable one ! He's a fun ,  joyful dog who'll bring hours of pleasure to any household 

It would be great if he did have a companion dog to help him learn about his new life in a home 
A home with older children over 10 Yrs old would be advised simply because he's a young exuberant boy at times ! No cats for the same reason .

Above all Nero deserves the most loving and caring home .He's experienced so little of this in his short life . We really want to see his fortunes change , for him to finally be seen and appreciated for the smashing dog he truly is
