Our best boy George who waited at the Pound for ages is in foster in Lincolnshire in the UK and getting on wonderfully 🥰 His foster mum has written his bio for him…. George is a 30kg gentle giant! Originally from Cyprus, he's about 3 years old and has spent over 900 days at the shelter, overlooked for no apparent reason. George is so sweet, he has the most loving personality and he absolutely loves to snuggle on the sofa! He likes to sleep upside down with his head on your lap! He is a very happy chap and has settled perfectly into home life. George enjoys his walks and gets very excited when you get his harness out! He was initially a bit worried by load noises, which is understandable as we live in a busy area, but it hasn't taken him long to get used to the area. He loves to sniff everything and generally walks well on the lead, however, he can be very strong when he wants to be so needs someone who can physically handle him. George is totally housetrained, sleeps through the night and is fine to be left alone. He is good with other dogs (though can get a little over excited) so can be homed with another suitable dog. No children as he's a big boy and is still learning not to jump up, but older teenagers would be fine. No cats in the home for George. George is neutered, vaccinated, chipped and has rescue back up. He’s available for meet and greets 🤗
