💔 LEVI – 2 YEARS IN THE SHELTER 💔

Hi, I’m Levi — and maybe you’ve seen me here before. I’ve been shared for adoption many times, but somehow, my forever home still hasn’t found me.

I was rescued from the buffer zone with my four siblings when we were just 3 months old. Now, I’m 2 years old… and still waiting.

My best friend and kennel mate was adopted a while ago — and every new friend I make eventually finds their family too. One by one, my siblings also left for loving homes. Now it’s just me, Larry, and Libby left behind. I’ve heard the volunteers say that Larry and Libby might be adopted soon, and honestly, I’m so happy for them… but I can’t help hoping my turn will come next.

The volunteers take wonderful care of me. They tell me that there’s a world beyond the shelter — one with a soft bed, a warm home, and the love of a family. A world where I’ll never have to face the burning summers or freezing winters behind these bars again. I dream of finding out what that feels like.

I can be a little shy when we first meet, but once I learn to trust you, I’ll be your most loyal friend. I love to play, to splash around in the water, and to run free on off-lead walks. I get along beautifully with other dogs and would thrive even more with a canine friend by my side.

Sadly, being a black dog makes it harder for me to be noticed — people tend to overlook us. But the volunteers never give up on me, even when it breaks their hearts that no one shows interest. They keep believing that somewhere out there, someone is meant for me.

Levi is currently in Cyprus looking for a home in UK. He will be vaccinated, chipped, treated for parasites, come with his own pet passport and rescue back up from Saving Souls Animal Rescue.
