Apollo is 7 years old and his entire life has been spent in rescue living in a cage. He knows nothing other than living in a concrete kennel and getting to go outside for a short time once in the morning and once in the afternoon. Apollo rarely gets to go out of the kennels and walked. This is no life for a dog. 
Our dearest wish is for him to be in a home before he dies still locked in a cage having endured a lifetime in rescue. He is a beautiful dog who is calm and walks well on the lead. Apollo will be best homed on his own so he gets full attention. He is OK with other dogs, but only calm, submissive dogs that will not bother him.
Apollo has not been around children and therefore can only be rehomed with children 14+ that are respectful and understand boundaries. He cannot be rehomed with cats, and needs a calm home where his new family will help him make the huge adjustment to a loving family home.
