EBONY is one of the few survivors from the devastating fires of last summer in the outskirts of Limassol… For months afterwards they still had the smell of the burnt forest in their noses and the nightmare of the covered in ashes landscape around them… The hours of walking and driving in the burnt land looking for survivors but finding only lifeless bodies.. Still, this girl saw the face of horror but survived till help reached them!! They will not forget the excited voice of the volunteer who found her and her friend Melini alive and called in to bring them to the shelter!!! Its obvious that the two girls had lived their lives together and now Melini is rehomed but Ebony still waits She was diagnosed with leishmania but has had her treatment and now just needs her tablet each day and an annual blood test and she can lead her best life EBONY, is around 8 years old and can be picky around other female dogs. Still, she is good with humans, easy on the lead and loves children! Ebony, is medium size, around 13 kg, and will come to you begging and crying for cuddles, . She is ready to land on someones sofa and start enjoying the good things in life, and after what she has been through she totally deserves it!!!
