Now it's finally time for him to leave the past behind and begin a new chapter filled with love and happiness. 🍀 Spencer is medium to sized, cheerful, playful and incredibly affectionate. ❤️ He loves people, adores children, and gets along beautifully with every dog at the shelter, both males and females.
