Sweet Amy ❤️  - is looking for her forever home 🙏 

4 months kokoni mix , currently in a Cyprus shelter 

What a sad and sorrowful little girl Amy was when she first entered the small municipality shelter in Lefkara  Cyprus .Anxious of humans , fearful,  it was clear her start has not been a good one 
Worry was etched all over her profoundly beautiful little face
 
It was difficult to see such a young puppy hugely affected already by the neglect and likely abuse she'd suffered in the first months of her life .She was frail , skinny , bot bellied from worms , crawling with ticks and fleas .

Amy finally got to experience kind gentle hands, nourishing food that filled her belly .Medication to clear any bugs 
She got plenty of affection and cuddles , lots! .Still just a baby she yearned and craved to be held  and loved To watch her worries start to melt away made our hearts swell 

Amy is beyond adorable to look , her character too is starting to emerge !  Now shes settled in and trusts  we're seeing her delicious tinkerbell personality shone through 
The prettiest of faces , shes likely to grow to a small medium size being  a kokoni type mix 

She will need the usual puppy training / support  to live  in a home 
No puppy comes without their challanges ! However shes a clever tinkerbell we discover  ! We have no doubt her bright little brain will learn fast .Shes small enough to live with families with children 5 yrs plus 
We'd like her to go to a home with another playful dog or 2 
Shes sociable and loves to be around the other dogs .She plays well and takes her lead , confidence and trust from the other shelter dogs who've helped her to settle 

Puppies should not be in shelters though .Although its a better life to the one she knew , its still not a home 
Its incredibly important her formative months are not languishing in a shelter.We mustn't let that happen to her.
Do you think you can help Amy escape the shelter ?We could consider foster if we had a flight sponsor or foster with view to adopt with puppies.We'd love to see her on the next plane to the uk , away from the shelter and off the island
