Benny is very people-oriented, shows no aggression, and absolutely loves cuddles. We are sure he cannot live in a shelter or on the streets — he really needs someone by his side. He is already able to walk off-leash, as he naturally stays very close to his person, so this skill came to him quite easily. Benny already responds to his name, which makes walking him very easy. At first, he may be a bit shy in a new family, but once he settles in, he will become very attached and won’t want to leave your side! Now, he is also able to stay home alone with another dog when needed.

He gets along very well with other dogs. Initially, there were three dogs in his foster home, now there are two, and he fits in perfectly. He especially enjoys the company of puppies, as he is still very much a puppy himself. On walks, he may approach other dogs to sniff or play. He has already attended dog parks and group dog walks with other dogs, and everything always went very well.

With cats, he is not perfect, but also not aggressive. He may simply approach to sniff them, and if a cat runs, he may become curious and run after it.

Benny’s activity level is moderate. He enjoys walks and can run on the beach, and at home he may have zoomies, but not constantly.
