Chacho's story is one of resilience, hope, and second chances.
This handsome boy was spotted wandering near one of our rescuer's homes, looking as though he had been hit by a car. Frightened and unsure of people, he kept his distance, but every day for 15 days she patiently fed him, earning his trust little by little. Finally, Chacho decided to take that leap of faith, and she was able to bring him to safety. Now he is living in an enclosure with six other dogs and Chacho has completely blossomed. He is so happy, friendly, and full of life. Watching him play and relax, it's clear he knows he is finally safe—perhaps for the first time in his life. Despite everything he has been through, he hasn't let it dim his wonderful spirit.
Chacho had no microchip, so sadly no one came looking for him. He has since been neutered, and while at the veterinary clinic he was absolutely amazing with the resident cats, showing just what a gentle and well-mannered boy he is
Every day he shows how grateful and happy he is to be safe. He is in heaven but he is so desperate for a family. This cuddly boy wants attention and love and he is one of those dogs that needs to belong to his own people. He will make somebodies family complete and be your faithful friend 
He is good with all the many female dogs  and most of the male dogs but there are a couple of boys he doesn’t agree with so well so we prefer he goes to a home with female dogs only or he would be great as an only dog

Chacho is now ready to leave his past behind and find the loving family he has always deserved. He has so much love to give and will make a loyal, affectionate companion for someone lucky enough to call him theirs.
