All about this dog…

Lucky

So far Lucky is not living up to his name at all. He arrived at the shelter 6 months ago after being surrendered by his owner and is still waiting for his new family to notice him. His previous family were elderly and could no longer give him the care he needed.

Lucky is 8 years old and one of our oldest shelter residents. Lucky is a small and stocky boy who is friendly, confident, and independent. He loves human company and food!

All Lucky asks for is some nice leisurely walks, fuss, a warm bed, and a roof over his head. Although he gets on well with other dogs, we think he may prefer to be an only dog so he can lap up the attention for himself. He deserves it after all! If there is a resident dog, then them being of a similar temperament and energy level is important. He is a real character and still has a lot of life left in him yet. Not to mention his lovely frosted face 🥰
