All about this dog…
Rina
Rina was found stray on January 3rd, 2026, near a small chapel dedicated to Saint Marina. That is where she got her name — Marina - Rina. She is about 2 years old, medium-sized, weighing approximately 16–17 kg. She has one brown eye and one light-colored, almost white eye, which makes her gaze truly unique. We believe she is a mix of a shepherd dog and a hunting breed, and because of her distinctive eye, there may also be Husky in her lineage. Rina is extremely friendly, both with people and other animals. A soul full of trust, despite everything she has already been through. Due to lack of space at the shelter, Rina was temporarily accommodated at a dog hotel and has now returned to the pound. Next week, she will visit the vet for blood tests and, if everything is fine and she is in good health, she will be spayed. Rina doesn’t ask for much. Just a home. A family. Someone to look into those two eyes and say: “No more abandonment. From now on, you are home.”
