Hello, I'm Rumi. 

For months, my brother, Ruger and I, were alone on  the streets of Limassol, where every day was a struggle to find food and safety. We were lucky—a kind family spotted us and brought us out of the cold. 

I am a happy, sweet boy and I love to play outside I get very excited when running around with other dogs.

I am still a bit nervous of new people and new situations. I need a patient, gentle home to help me blossom into the confident dog I am meant to be!

I can be a bit dominant sometimes but I  respond well to gentle guidance. 

I am always happy to see people I know but a bit unsure of strangers so would like some guidance, I dont mind being touched and respond really well to gentle handling when I'm on the lead but if I’m outside I think it’s a game.

I would do well in most homes, but the perfect family for me would have a lovely garden where I can run and play, and lots of rewarding walks. Best to live with children aged 10+, as I need a calmer environment to help me fully blossom.
