Anthi — The Little Soul Who Never Gave Up
Some dogs carry their past in their eyes. Anthi carries hers in her heart — and somehow, it’s only made her softer.

This gentle, bright, loving girl was found abandoned with a broken leg, left to face the world alone when she needed someone the most. But Anthi didn’t give up. She fought, she healed, and she blossomed. After successful surgery, she now runs and plays with joy — you’d never know the pain she once endured.

What makes her story even more extraordinary is her spirit. Anthi has every reason to be wary, but instead she chooses love. She adores people, melts into cuddles, and her happiest moments are spent wrapped up in a warm blanket, feeling safe at last. She’s wonderful with other dogs, and she’s perfectly polite with cats — she simply chooses to ignore them.

The Home She Dreams Of:

Anthi would thrive with a single person, a couple, or a family who can give her the love she’s waited so long for. She’d adore a garden to run around in, an active lifestyle, and someone who will keep her mentally stimulated and will enjoy keeping her clever mind busy — scent work would be perfect for her nose and bright brain.

She doesn’t ask for much. Just safety. kindness and someone who will wrap her in a blanket and let her finally exhale.
After everything she’s survived, Anthi deserves a home where she will never be forgotten, never be abandoned, and always be loved.

Anthi's is currently in a foster home in Colchester. She has been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, fully blood tested (including parasites). She has her own passport. Full rescue back up from Saving Souls Animal Rescue, a UK based charity.
