Ossie  has been living all his life in a UN campus. He is  very friendly and used to going in the soldiers houses and cars . I am guessing he is housetrained and he is definitely  very friendly and socialised with other dogs people and cats too. He is neutered and healthy and has come to rescue to find his own home and family
