All about this dog…

Zane

Zane was found as stray scrounging for food near a supermarket a year ago now and has been waiting to be adopted ever since. We don’t know why, he is stunning with his one blue eye, his endearing charm, and his all round loveliness. He is a joy to be around but he deserves so much better than the shelter environment.

Zane has lived happily with a range of different dog. He is friendly with them all and is the best kennel mate any dog would hope for. He is friendly with people but also playful and can be quite puppy-like sometimes. He’s equally as playful and friendly with children.

Even though we don’t know his history we know he is a good rounded boy who is coping OK with shelter life, all things considered. But now that it has been a year, we really need him to find a home so that he can start living his life and making memories with his new family.

Zane walks well on a lead but will of course need some basic training. He is quite food orientated which should help. He is a good traveller and would suit most home environments, he is not fussy!

Overall, Zane is an amazing dog; good natured, loving, friendly with everyone. He would love an active home as he equally enjoys long walks/hikes and cuddles.
