What a cool guy Russet is ! From the moment he entered the shelter as a stray
He was a perfect shelter dog .Such striking and handsome markings, many comment on just how handsome a dog he is too but there more to him just just a pretty face

He has a calm personality , other dogs are drawn to him for this reason
A gentle character , full of strength though and maturity and confidence in himself

The shelter team say Russet thinks he's a laptop ! Climbing onto staffs and visitors laps to get as much love as possible. Hugely cuddly and loving , Russet struggles sometimes to recognise personal space! He adores the attention when he gets it .

He's a great boy with other dogs , he prefers those who are more calm in nature as he is
He's loving and hugely sociable with everyone he meets

Russet is quite food orientated which is great for training
He enjoys any interactions where there's a treat involved!
Pulls a little on walks but soon calms down
He doesn't have high energy levels , infact he would be happy with a nice walk then a snooze! Followed by some cuddles on the sofa, his needs aren't great or demanding

Russet would enjoy a household that had a chilled feel about it like him.He'd be happy to share his space with another dog or a similar energy level maybe even living with older dogs would suit him

Russet would be the happiest boy if he had humans around him who realised his greatest need in life is to be loved by his people .Tactile , loving and affectionate adopters are a must for this boy
Only what he deserves now after patiently waiting for the right people to find him
