Luna is a lovely-natured dog with a friendly and affectionate personality. She’s a beautiful dog with German Shepherd colouring, though she’s more the size of a Border Collie, making her a perfect medium-sized companion. All Luna really wants is a cosy bed and a warm cuddle on the sofa.

		 

		She is well-behaved and independent, happy to be left alone for reasonable periods without any trouble. Luna has only ever chewed her own toys indoors, showing great respect for the home environment. She enjoys her time outdoors too — she has been off the lead many times in enclosed dog parks, where she happily runs and plays. In open parks, she loves to run around and reliably comes back when called. Near the house, she is kept on a long line due to local cats, as she has a natural instinct to chase them.

		 

		Luna has a thick, beautiful coat that will need regular brushing, especially when she sheds. She is fully house-trained and settles down for the night around 8 pm, sleeping soundly until she hears you in the morning. While she prefers sleeping on the floor, she is happy to be lifted onto a bed for a cosy rest.

		 

		She doesn’t enjoy very long walks, as she once experienced some stiffness in her leg, likely from an old injury in Cyprus. The vet recommends short walks, which suit her just fine — she remains happy and comfortable with this routine.

		 

		Luna is a gentle soul, especially when it comes to food. She loves her meals but takes food very gently from your hand, showing her sweet and calm nature.

		Overall, Luna is an easy-going, loving dog who would thrive in a calm, quiet home. She does not like shouting or loud noises and would be best suited to a household with children aged seven and over, where the noise level is moderate and she can feel safe and relaxed.
