Hello, I’m Jimmy. If you are looking for a gentle soul who is a friend to everyone I’m your perfect match. My mum is Lisa, and I’m the brother to Felix, Rosie, and Chip who are already sleeping on warm beds, and my brother Arty is safe in foster care in the UK. I am still here, wagging my tail and hoping that I won't be forgotten. It’s hard to be the one left behind when you have so much love to give.

I have grown into a truly well-rounded, "mellow" boy with a heart of gold. I am so social that I spend my days with all different groups of dogs—I simply get along with everyone! I have a very sweet and unique way of saying hello; if I’m not quite sure of someone, I’ll politely lay down, and once I realize you're friendly, I am all about the cuddles. I’m just a relaxed guy who doesn't want any trouble. The other day I accidentally got out of my pen, and instead of running off, I just lay down and waited patiently for my human to come find me! 😂

I recently got to spend time at a real house and went for a lovely walk, I can pull a little on the lead when I’m excited to explore, but I’m a quick learner and my friends think that with just a little bit of training, I’ll be walking like a perfect gentleman in no time.

While I have a calm and gentle personality, I do still love to play! After my time in a home, I think I would thrive with a canine brother or sister who is a similar age or has a similar energy to mine. Having a buddy to show me the ropes would be wonderful. I’m also great with cats and children—especially my friend's 3-year-old.

I have a really mellow personality and I'm just a very sweet boy. I’m the perfect companion just waiting for my chance to finally belong.
